Payment provider decisions
Eligibility and approval decisions belong to the payment provider. Support cannot override a decline or view the provider's private assessment.

If a payment is declined
Confirm the billing address, available funds and any bank verification request. If the decline remains, contact the payment provider or select another method displayed at checkout.
